Last Day to Edit

 Today was my last day to edit the commercial. Things were going smooth for my group that is until we got in class. This was because I found my group had a watermark on the commercial. At first I had the solution of cropping out the water mark but I soon learned that it was not going to work. The reason being was that the watermark was in part of the commercial. This made Me and my group have to think of another solution. The other solution was to use take it off with in the software I used. This did not work because I needed to pay money to use the software to the full extend. This was a huge problem because we did not want to pay the price for it. In the I ended ditching the software our group we uses initially. This was another huge setback since I had to start editing from scratch again. This time I was extra careful to make sure there was no watermark since it could ruin it. Thankfully when I was done editing there was no watermark so I would say it went pretty smooth. The next part was double checking the commercial to see if anything was missing. When I was looking through I thought of a great idea to add into the commercial. The idea was to make the audio lower in some parts while having it higher in other parts. The group loved the idea and I ended up putting it in. I relooked through the commercial one more time to make sure it was good and it turned out great in my opinion. I shared it with my group and they loved the commercial. My group member than uploaded the commercial to YouTube for the next part of the commercial project.

  Planning: Props: Since our group decided to use the Airpods Pro the props that we will be using will be an iPhone and the Airpods Pro themselves. Costumes: In our commercial, we have one main character, and 2 side subjects. Our actors will wear normal/trendy clothes, they would wear items that they would wear everyday to simulate like it was just a normal day for them. The main actor will have an iPhone in hand, and an AirPod in each ear so to show them off to the viewer.  Schedule:   On 9/22/21 our group researched conventions and the background of AirPods Pro commercials. Sound Track Choices

 Before I got to filming with my group we decided to find what sound to use. I along with my group decided to reach out to people to get permission to use their sound track. The way I decided to do this was by doing research with movies of my genre. The genre for my movie is thriller and I need sound tracks match the genre of the movie. The first movie opening scene I watched was Slender Man. While it was a great sound track for a thriller I do not think it matched what I was aiming for. After going through more and more opening scenes searching for a good soundtrack but, coming short I decided to take a diffrerent approach. I went into Spotify looked there for a good thriller soundtrack and after a bit I stumbled across a great soundtrack. The sound track that I found was Dominic Frontiere's Color of Night soundtrack.  For my final task I decided to get in a group of 3 me and 2 others. This is a change from my past 2 project where I had 3 others making it 4 in total. At first I was going to work in a 4 person group. The same group as last time which involved Keith, Monzur, and Fahim. Fahim ended up switching schools after the music video project. Instead of trying to get a 4th person we decided to stay with 3. The reason being it was much easier to coordinate and it was too much of a hassle to find a 4th member. The reason I chose Monzur is because I have already worked with him in the past. I see him everyday at school so its easy to plan out things. I have known Monzur for a long while now and were pretty close although it has not always been like this. The first time I talked to Monzur was in middle school and we hit it off.
